We work on behalf of clients who are legally aided or are eligible for Legal Aid funding. We accept Legal Aid work in criminal, care and family law matters.
To receive Legal Aid you need to satisfy a means test, which looks at your income, what you own and whether you receive support from anyone else.
Legal Aid is also only available for certain types of matters, such as criminal charges where you are facing jail, family law parenting matters and matters involving FACS (or DoCs).
We are happy to assist you with a Legal Aid application in our office.
